What services do you offer?

The Managed Home provides a range of household support services including laundry, light cleaning, organisation and decluttering, grocery shopping, meal preparation, errands, household management, family support and transitional care. Services are delivered through structured care packages or on-demand support.

Where are you located ?

We are based in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney however we have helpers through all areas of Sydney.

Do you helpers have backgrounds checks?

They do- all of our helpers have up to date Working with Children Checks and Police Checks, and have been reference checked.

How do your care packages work?

Our care packages are designed to provide consistent, reliable support. Each package includes a set number of hours per week or month, with clearly defined services. This allows us to match the right team member to your household and ensure continuity of care.

Can services be tailored to my household?

Yes. While we offer clearly defined packages and services, support can be tailored to suit your household’s needs. Following an initial consultation, we’ll recommend the most appropriate package and advise on any additional services that may be layered in.

Designed for households seeking consistent, weekly support with the core rhythms of the home

The Essential Home package focuses on maintaining order, cleanliness and flow, so your space feels calm and well managed week to week.

This service includes:

Laundry

Wash, dry and fold personal clothing
Towels and everyday household linen/bedding
Items sorted and returned to bedrooms and cupboards

Light Cleaning

Kitchen benches, sink and surfaces
Bathroom tidy and wipe-down
Vacuuming and mopping of main living areas
Rubbish and recycling removal

Home Reset

Tidying and straightening main living areas
Making beds
Kitchen and dish reset
Keeping the home presentable between visits

Light Decluttering & Organisation (Maintenance)

Clearing benchtops and surfaces
Resetting kitchens, pantries and fridges
Folding and putting away laundry
Maintaining existing organisation systems
Light cupboard and wardrobe tidying

(Deep organisation projects, large storage areas and full declutters are available as upgrades.)
