1. Our Services

The Managed Home provides household support services including, but not limited to:

  • Laundry and light household cleaning

  • Organisation and decluttering support

  • Meal preparation

  • Grocery shopping and errands

  • Household concierge and administration

  • Family and lifestyle support

  • Transitional and specialised household support

Services are delivered within private residences and are non-medical, non-clinical and non-therapeutic in nature.

2. Service Delivery

Services are provided by carefully selected independent contractors engaged by The Managed Home.
We reserve the right to assign or substitute team members as required to ensure continuity of service.

All team members are reference-checked and hold relevant police and Working With Children checks where applicable.

3. Packages & Bookings

  • Care / household support packages are structured on a weekly or monthly basis

  • Minimum booking times apply

  • Package hours are allocated per period and are intended to be used within that period

  • Unused hours do not roll over unless expressly agreed in writing

4. On-Demand & Additional Services

On-demand and add-on services are subject to availability and minimum booking requirements.
Scope and pricing are confirmed prior to service delivery.

5. Fees & Payment

  • Fees are confirmed prior to commencement of services

  • Invoices are issued in accordance with agreed terms

  • Payment is required within the timeframe stated on the invoice

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services

All pricing is exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

6. Cancellations & Changes

  • We require a minimum notice period for cancellations or changes to scheduled services

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged at the full booking rate

  • Package schedules may be adjusted with reasonable notice

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by The Managed Home. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms

7. Access & Safety

Clients are responsible for providing:

  1. Safe access to the property

  2. A safe working environment

  3. Clear instructions regarding alarms, pets and household expectations

The Managed Home reserves the right to suspend services if a working environment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

8. Liability & Insurance

The Managed Home holds comprehensive public liability insurance of up to $5 million, providing protection for personal injury and property damage arising from our services.

While all reasonable care is taken, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items not disclosed as fragile or valuable

Clients are encouraged to secure valuables prior to service delivery.

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

We respect the privacy of our clients and operate with discretion at all times.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is not shared without consent, except where required by law.

10. Scope of Care

Our services do not include:

  • Medical or nursing care

  • Clinical or therapeutic services

  • Sole-charge childcare unless expressly agreed

  • Heavy lifting or tasks outside agreed scope

Any additional requests must be discussed and approved prior to service delivery.

11. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice.
The Managed Home reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of unsafe conditions, inappropriate conduct or breach of these Terms.

12. Amendments

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.
